Elderberry (sambucus nigra) is grown and harvested on our farm in the Missouri Ozarks. It is free of any chemicals or other toxic pollutants. We harvest only the perfect leaves berries at the peak of their freshness. We carefully dry them so they retain their color and as much of their healing properties as possible.
